Little miss has decided, even though she's ALREADY grounded, to slack off at school. She also took it upon herself to withhold her progress report. Of course, she's still failing two of her classes. One of which is CLUE English. The reason? She neglected to do a project that is a major portion of her grade. She just... didn't do it. She's grounded, so it's not like she didn't have time to do it. She's not stupid, so it's not like she wasn't capable of doing it. She just... didn't do it. So she's failing that class... again. Not only does this mean she's probably going to be kicked out of CLUE, I'm not so worried about CLUE. No, this jeopardizes her eligibility for the entire Optional School program. I called & checked our district. Treadwell for 7th & 8th grade, Kingsbury for 9th, and Treadwell for 10th, 11th & 12th.
I just can't help but think that if she really wanted to be a Target cashier when she grows up so bad, she could have managed it a bit better than to be thrown to the wolves (AKA general population in public school). If she thinks her classes are boring now, wait until she sees how dumbed down the GP classes are. 1+1=2...
